A tailored shirt is a lovely feeling, especially if you have only ever worn off-the-rack garments.
To begin the cloths used for a tailored shirt are already of a superior quality, being two-ply, long twisted yarn. Two of the mills producing these cottons are Tessitura Monti and Canclini of Italy. Also, a large range of cottons means you are sure to find a design to create the right outfit.
Part of the process is to choose your choice of collar and cuff, as well as pleats and pockets. You also choose the type of fit you want from super slim, slim to regular.
Rochefort tailors different shirt styles for all occasions, from dress shirts for black tie events, such as weddings, to the staple business shirt and, of course, smart casual for the casual Friday look and weekend wear.
It is recommended a couple of shirts maximum to begin for new customers as it can sometimes take a few visits to Rochefort to get your best fit. We always recommend wearing the shirts and then telling us what you liked about the shirt or didn’t like, so we can then adjust for the next.
We welcome an opportunity to help tailor your shirts!
