Suit fabric

A proud wearing suit owner’s first step is deciding what fabric he would like.

Rochefort is proud of its fabric selection, working in association with a worldwide array of mills.

Quality fabrics from popular mills including Dormeuil, Holland & Sherry, Scabal and Loro Piana. Boutique mills include British firms John Foster, Andersons and H. Lesser & Sons and Harrisons of Edinburgh.  Also John G Hardy and J&J Minnis both holding Royal Warrants. If you want Ermenegildo Zegna cloth, namely the Trofeo superfines, we have them.

We are also proud of our association with Australian firm Ausfine, owned wholly by Australia Merino growers, categorically growing some of the world’s finest wool.

Our advice on colour, weight and fit – and what works well with your existing wardrobe – complements the experience.

Please ask any questions or book an appointment with our tailor.

Either visit the city boutique, Paddington workshop or have Shane or Clint visit your office.

Line your suit with Rochefort silk.

A gentleman knows that a more expensive suit may be well worth the money, if only because it allows more excess fabric in the seams to accommodate the comings and goings of his waistline.
